K&S Freighters
Project – Roller Shutters Upgrade
WA Roller Doors completed roller shutter upgrade works for K&S Freighters in Forrestfield following damage caused by severe wind conditions. The project involved the supply and installation of two Model HD10010 steel shutters with high windlock systems, replacing the existing units that were compromised during the storm event. The upgraded shutters were selected for their enhanced wind resistance and durability, ensuring long-term protection for the facility’s loading areas.

Newmont
Project – Telfer roller shutter upgrade
WA Roller Doors carried out roller shutter upgrade works for Newmont at the Telfer site, completed in October 2024, following damage caused by high wind conditions. The project included the installation of HD10010 steel shutters with a high windlock system and a Grifco M Drive mechanical motor upgrade. Secondary steelworks were also completed to reinforce the upgraded shutter systems.

Rio Tinto
Project – Yandi Ammonium Nitrate shutter upgrade works
WA Roller Doors completed shutter upgrade works for Rio Tinto at the Yandi site in August 2024, addressing high wind damage in the Ammonium Nitrate storage area. The solution included EZI 90mm aluminium shutters with customised wind-braced guides, paired with a Grifco Dust Ignition Proof motor and control system to meet site-specific safety and durability requirements.

Pact
Project – Riviere Apartments Applecross
WA Roller Doors was engaged by PACT for the Riviere Apartments development in Applecross, completed in June 2025. The project involved the supply and installation of HD10010PF high-cycle perforated carpark entry shutters with D Drive motor systems, CWP 50mm aluminium shutters, and custom aluminium sectional doors for private garages. Secondary steelworks were also undertaken to support the custom installations.

No Birds
Project – Bayswater Roller shutter upgrad works
WA Rollerdoors completed roller shutter upgrade works for No Birds at their Bayswater Hire Cars Kewdale site in May 2025, following high wind damage. The works included the installation of a robust HD10010 steel shutter with a high windlock system for enhanced durability and performance. Secondary steelworks were also completed to support the upgraded installation.

Laing O'Rouke
Project – MELconx Train stations ( Ellenbrook ,Malaga , Whiteman Park , Morley
WA Roller Doors partnered with Laing O’Rourke on the MELconnx Train Station developments—Ellenbrook, Malaga, Whiteman Park, and Morley—completed in November 2024. The installation featured HD10010 solid steel commercial shutters with GFA vertical mount motor systems, CWP 50mm aluminium shutters, and 10/100 steel fire shutters fitted with GFA Fire Pro motor systems. The project also included secondary steelworks to accommodate and reinforce key installations.

Multiplex
Project – The Grove Claremont
WA Roller Doors supplied and installed a range of high-performance door solutions for The Grove Claremont, a Multiplex project completed in June 2024. Works included CWP 50mm aluminium shutters for private garages and store areas, HD10010PF high-cycle perforated carpark entry shutters with D Drive motor systems, B&D Series II roller doors, and a 10/100 steel fire shutter. The scope also included secondary steelworks to support key installations.


Boomerang Engineering (Belmont, WA)
Project – Spray Booth Upgrade Rollershutter works
WA Rollerdoors supplied & Installed 3 x Model HD10010 Commercial steel rollershutters for the spray booth upgrade at Boomerang Engineering in Belmont all doors were fitted out using Grifco M Drive Mechanical motor systems , the project works also included the installation of secondary steelworks for the shutter support installed to the outer face of the booth bays.


Paragon Constructions
Project > Bayswater Waves and Leisure centre ( Bayswater WA )
WA Rollerdoors supplied & Installed 4 x CW Easyview Aluminium electric-operated rollershutters at the Bayswater waves Leisure centre. The shutters were installed to the outer face area of the kiosk using the CW Box frame design. Installing this shutter type eliminated the need for a Bulk head therefore reducing costs In the project. All shutters were fitted with a polycarbonate / Aluminium slat design.
